Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site or requesting Services.
By accessing or using the Site, submitting a request for an estimate, or engaging us to perform Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our Services.
We may update or amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
The Bay Area Cleaners provides professional commercial and residential cleaning services throughout the Greater Bay Area. The specific scope, frequency, and pricing of the Services will be described in the applicable Estimate, work order, or service agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or discontinue Services in our reasonable discretion, including where a Service Location presents unsafe or hazardous conditions.
The Site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older and able to form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Requests for Services may be submitted through the Site’s estimate form, by phone, or by email. All Estimates are provided for informational purposes and are based on the information you supply and, where applicable, an assessment of the Service Location. The final price may differ from an Estimate if the actual scope, size, condition, or requirements of the Service Location differ from what was described. A booking is confirmed only once we have communicated confirmation of the date, time, and scope of Services to you.
Access to the Service Location
You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the Service Location at the scheduled time, including any keys, codes, parking, or entry instructions needed. If our team is unable to access the Service Location at the scheduled time, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled Service, we ask that you notify us as far in advance as reasonably possible. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a fee, as communicated to you at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule Services due to weather, staffing, equipment, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.
Payment for Services is due as stated in the applicable Estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable upon receipt. You agree to pay all amounts due for Services performed, together with any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to revise our pricing at any time; revised pricing applies to Services booked after the change takes effect. Amounts not paid when due may be subject to a late fee to the extent permitted by applicable law, and you agree to reimburse any reasonable costs of collection.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of a completed Service, please contact us within 24 hours of the Service so we can address your concerns. Where appropriate, we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This re-clean remedy is your sole and exclusive remedy for any alleged deficiency in the Services, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
With your consent, we may photograph completed work for quality-assurance, training, and marketing purposes. Such photographs will not identify you or disclose your address without your permission. If you prefer that we not photograph your Service Location, please notify us in advance and we will honor your request.
By providing your telephone number or email address, you consent to receive service-related communications from us, including scheduling confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages by phone, text (SMS), or email. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying “STOP,” and you may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect service-related messages necessary to fulfill your requested Services. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof (the “Site Content”), is owned by or licensed to The Bay Area Cleaners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works from any Site Content without our prior written consent. The “The Bay Area Cleaners” name and logo may not be used without our permission.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites, and the inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE BAY AREA CLEANERS, OR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Bay Area Cleaners and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Subject to the dispute-resolution provisions below, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If a dispute arises between you and us, we encourage you to first contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us at the information below. If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve it before pursuing formal legal action. Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek relief in a small claims court where the claim qualifies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Estimate or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior understandings. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
